Estructurar el discurso con claridad: Aprenden a organizar ideas con una introducci\u00f3n que enganche, un desarrollo l\u00f3gico y una conclusi\u00f3n memorable, evitando divagaciones y manteniendo el hilo conductor.<br \/>\n2. Gestionar la ansiedad esc\u00e9nica: Adquieren t\u00e9cnicas para controlar los nervios (respiraci\u00f3n diafragm\u00e1tica, reencuadre mental, pr\u00e1ctica de mindfulness) y transformar la adrenalina en energ\u00eda positiva durante la exposici\u00f3n.<br \/>\n3. Usar el lenguaje no verbal a su favor: Mejoran su postura, gestos, contacto visual y desplazamiento en el escenario para transmitir confianza, conectar con la audiencia y reforzar el mensaje verbal.<br \/>\n4.
